A small studio that ships like a serious team.

Alnisa Tech is a focused engineering studio. We design and build modern digital products — web apps, e-commerce, AI agents and operational platforms — with the care of a craft shop and the discipline of a serious team.

Building the studio we wish we'd worked with.

Alnisa Tech started in 2021 as a two-person practice. We'd spent years inside agencies and in-house teams, watching the same pattern repeat: clients promised the world during the sale, handed off to teams that didn't care, and code that needed rewriting within 18 months.

We thought it didn't have to be that way. So we started a studio that takes on a small number of engagements, owns them end-to-end, and treats every project like it'll outlive us.

Five years in, we're six engineers. We've shipped membership platforms in Arabic, AI agents in four languages, hospital systems audited by NABH, and marketplaces that crossed ₹1Cr GMV inside a quarter. We've also said no to a lot of projects — that's a feature, not a bug.

We answer every email ourselves. We don't outsource. We still build the things we said we'd build, on the dates we said we'd build them. That's the whole brand strategy.

Four values, applied without exception.

Outcomes over output

We measure ourselves by the business problems we solve — not by the number of features we ship. If a feature doesn't move a metric, we'll tell you.

Craft, in every layer

From database schemas to button hover states, we treat every layer as worth doing properly. Sloppy work in any one place poisons the whole product.

Honest communication

Weekly demos, transparent task boards, and the hard conversations when they're needed. We never let bad news age.

Long-term thinking

We write code we'd be happy to maintain in three years. We pick boring technology unless boring won't do. We document.

Six humans doing the work themselves.

No middlemen, no offshore back-channels. The people you talk to are the people who build your project.

What we believe

  • Small teams ship faster than big teams. Always.
  • Production beats prototype, every single time.
  • Boring tech in critical paths, novel tech in the leaves.
  • If you can't explain it in plain English, it's not designed yet.
  • The post-launch month matters more than the launch day.
  • Saying no to the wrong project is the highest-leverage thing we do.
